What Kanto starter will you choose?

I love Charizard and its Mega Evolution is cool, but I'll probably be choosing Fennekin, and having a second fire type would be redundant.
I think I'll choose Bulbasaur. I haven't used Venusaur too much and I like the Thick Fat on it. Its Mega design isn't that bad either, other than the awkward flower on its forehead. I think it'd be cool to use it in the Kalos region alongside Fennekin. ^-^

 

I would love to use charmander But since I'm going to be using Fennekin I'm going to choose Squirtle.

 

Even though I think Blastoise has the coolest Mega form out of all three, I'm still going with Charmander. Was my first ever starter Pokémon, and like I did in HeartGold choosing Cyndaquil the same as I did in the original Gold, I'm keeping the past alive and picking him again. I was unsure of what new starter I wanted until I saw their other evolutions, but this narrows it down. I think I'm leaning towards Chespin now.

 

The Kanto starters really messed up my entire team choices. I want to go with Charmander because of nostalgia but I was also getting Fennekin. I don't even know .

 

I'm choosing Fennekin, but Fire-type is my 2nd favorite type, so fuck it. I'm gonna choose Charmander.

 

Well... Bulbasaur is my favorite Kanto starter, but Mega Venusaur really didn't get much.

Because of Mega Blastoise being so freaking awesome, and because I'll be choosing Chespin as my X and Y starter anyway, I think I'll go with Squirtle on this one.

 

I really want to choose Charmander, even though there is no doubt I'm picking Fennekin as well. Not sure how that will play out for me, but I'm willing to see.

 

Squirtle, no other thought in my mind. This way I can get Chespin, Squirtle and Torchic for my team.

 

I think I'll be getting a Squirtle. I've never raised one (since I've always picked Bulbasaur or Charmander in any replay I did), so this will be something new. Besides, OMG 3 CANNONS!!

(I think this has strengthened my resolve of getting a Chespin. )

I'm going with Ben on this one. I'm getting that Torchic, Squirtle and Chespin. I wasn't planning on using Chespin, but with the Torchic and Squirtle, I need to be well-rounded. I already have a type-triangle there, too. Plus, THREE starters? OP. I love it.

 

Like some of you, I'm gonna pick the exact opposite type as my first starter (in other words, I'm picking Froakie, so I'm getting Charmander too).

 

Either Squirtle (unless there's a cooler Water Pokémon in the wings) or Bulbasaur (to cover for Fennekin and Fletchling, and a backup if Pikachu faints

 

I'll probably get Bulbasaur. I love bulbasaurs.

I don't play competitively but I'm getting froakie so I'll have a nice variety of Pokémon types in my team which is always nice.

 

It's so hard to decide! I'm 90% sure I'll be picking Fennekin as my Starter so I might pick Squirtle. Thankfully I have until October to decide for sure

 

I've never really been a big fan of Bulbasaur or Squirtle.
So I will keep up my lovely selection of Charmander. Plus Charizard's mega form looks pretty beast!

 

Either Squirtle or Bulbasaur, depends on which Kalos Starter I raise. (likely Froakie)

 

I really liked bulbasaur, and even though he is in my opinion a walking derp face, Venusaur was pretty strong. Plus, I wanted to get Fennekin anyway, even though that didn't originally influence my choice.

 

I'm probably going to get squirtle, because fenniken will be my kalos starter unless chespin ends up beating him for a final evolution. But i don't even know if i'll use it, i know that sounds weird but i was kind of looking forward to using only kalos region Pokémon on my team. So I guess I'll figure it out
