What might happen.....

I like the idea of having a sequel to X and Y, but it would be kind of interesting if a new villain was introduced such as a kind of corruption in the Elite Four involving Malva (since nothing really became of her). The hole in the town could become a kind of new area to explore with new wild Pokémon inhabiting the hole? I feel like Pokémon could do a lot with an aftergame.

 

The real question is, which game would become canon? X or Y? There's some pretty major differences in the plot of each, especially regarding the ancient weapon, so they'd have to be super-vague if they wanted it to just be neither.

 

Like a Pokémon Z sequel of a few years after the events of X&Y? Sounds cool to me! I would also be interested in a prequel to the games, a few years before X&Y. That could also bring some other interesting things back, such as the rise of Team Flare.

 

I think a sequel would be very interesting! Maybe Zygarde would actually be more important than just sitting in a cave, haha. But especially seeing BW and BW2 and how sequels worked out for that, I'd definitely be interested in seeing an XY sequel for sure!

 

I would really like a sequel. I really hope that do a Diamond/Pearl/Platinum thing instead of a Black/White and Black2/White2.

 

X/Y didn't feel like they were totally completed, so I would love a sequel, where they make use of the incomplete parts (power plant for example).
