HIYA GUYS IT'S KRAZYK!!! And i am really intressed in what u guys use in theain series games! Just state your gen or the mains series game u ate talking about to avoid confusion!!! Don't be afraid to say why! (U don't have to)
Gen 3 Pokémon Emerald, this was always what i used. no it won't show Sceptile, Sableye, Milotic, Tropius, and Machoke.
I have never played moon so i don't know many of these but it does sound like a pretty bulky team! That does sound like a good team but in my opinion i would swap Sceptile to Swampart since we have two grass types (i prefer a diversity of types) and Tropius is duel type flying and grass so it would quad resist flying moves so tropius is the better one between them. But if that works for u then thats fine by me! Just giving my opinion I recently restarted pkmn diamond and my team is going to be: Infernape, Garchomp, Rosarade, Gyrados, Crobat and pacharesu ( do not know how to spell some of those) Infernape -> fast , powerful but not very defendsive Rosarade -> fast , great sp attacker and decent defender Crobat-> very fast and good defender Gyrindos-> very fast and lots of HP Pacharesu-> very fast and very bulky Garchomp-> fast , great attacker
@KrazyK Believe it or not, but half of my team were actually Sweepers/borderline Stallers! Araquanid and Ribombee had health sapping moves so they were recovering while attacking, Incineroar and Lycanroc were fast and heavy hitters, while Mudsdale and Crabominable were a bit bulky.
In Omega Ruby my team (which have since all been transferred to Sun) was Blaziken, Gardevoir, Metagross, Azumarill, Noivern, and Staraptor (Those last two I got through Wonder Trade fairly early in the game). Blaziken is fast and hits hard (especially when Mega), but is a bit of a glass cannon. Gardevoir is somewhat fast and a great Special Attacker. Metagross is a tank and hits hard, but pretty slow. Azumarill has a ton of HP and Aqua Ring to regain it (it unfortunately doesn't have Huge Power...) Noivern is very fast and a great Special Attacker, but also a glass cannon. Staraptor is also extremely fast and a great Physical Attacker, and can take a few more hits than Noivern and Blaziken. While I didn't really have a main team throughout the game in Sun, the team I used in the Elite 4 really became it, which was Primarina, Araquanid, Palossand, Crabominable, Alolan Muk, and Vikavolt. Primarina is a great Special Attacker and Special Defender, plus it was my main Z-Move user if I was in a pinch (Oceanic Operetta). Araquanid has great defensive stats despite it's appearance, plus mine had Leach Life and Aqua Ring to keep regaining HP and be an annoying shit. Palossand is a great Physical Defender and Special Attacker, but is really slow and doesn't have great Special Defense. Crabominable hits very hard and has decent HP and Defense, but is slow and weak to half of the Elite 4. Alolan Muk has fantastic HP and Attack, and both Defensive stats, and has come through for me a countless number of times thanks to Pokémon Refresh. Vikavolt is a great Special Attacker and has decent Defense, plus an immunity to Ground-type moves, but is slow.
If I could choose any Pokémon that could be considered non-OP….. For Fire Red, I think Ninetales, Hitmonchan, Haunter, Articuno, Jolteon, and Exeggutor, because variety and I like most of them. As for Sapphire, I think Gardevoir, Flygon, Blaziken, Exploud, Banette, and Absol, because variety and I love Absol-
For some reason Gyarados and Magneton/Magnezone end up on almost all of my playthroughs. They just work really well together xD My Platinum nuzlocke team for example was Infernape, Gyarados, Tangrowth, Magnezone, Gallade, and Blissey. I like to have a fire/water/grass type slot and then have the rest of them be other typed Pokémon I like. Gallade is great with swords dance and drain punch. Blissey can heal my whole team with softboiled if needed and can wall special attackers or calm mind sweep. Magnezone has great typing and coverage too. Infernape hits hard and is fast. Gyarados can cut physical attackers down with intimidate and sweep with ddance. Tangrowth is surprisingly bulky and can use a mixed set to cover a lot of threats. Very versatile overall!
I'd like to point out that Tropius is not quad resistant to Flying in any way shape or form. It actually has a 2x weakness to Flying. And placing a Swampert on that team causes a double too, as Milotic is a Water type. My current Moon Team is Milotic, Day Lycanroc, Alola Ninetales, Pyroar, Scolipede, and Pidgeot.
I must of been half asleep when i wrote this post (sorry!) Need to go back to trainers school XD For my pkmn white team i had Emboar, stoutland, Thunderus, Krookadile (traded), Resharam (traded) and Exadrill which defeated the E4 . Then i used zekrom instead of Exadrill to battle N and during the post game i obtained Kyurem so my team is now Emboar, Stoutland, Thunderus, Resharam and Kyurem.
I tend to favour sweepers since I find there's nothing more satisfying than burning through my opponent's team, knocking out each of their Pokémon in one hit. I can't remember my teams from Red/Blue, but I do know that I used the Mew Glitch in every game I played since I discovered how to use it. In the Diamond/Pearl games, my favoured team would be Infernape, Roserade, Skuntank, Staraptor, Gyarados and Raichu. In most other games, I'd have a crobat, but in this instance, I already have 2 poison-types. In ORAS, I'd go with a team of Gardevoir, Gallade, Medicham, Starmie, Claydol and Xatu. An odd combination as they're all psychic-types, but they're actually the strongest team I've ever trained in those games, sweeping past the Elite Four in one try (my first attempt with a more diverse team resulted in constant defeats at the hands of Glacia and Steven).
