I can never pick between the two, so my top two are Psychic and Fairy. I like Psychic types because they are very versatile and unique in design and in general. I like Fairy types because they are generally cute and dragon slaying goddesses. ;)

Ice. It's a really cool type with great Pokémon and great moves. Even though when it comes to defense, it's awful. I still really like it despite the defense issues though.

Fire, Ghost, then Ground. Fire-type moves are pretty sweet in general, Ghost-type moves are pretty strong, and Ground-type moves just wreck a lot of Pokémon.

I really like Ice and Fairy, actually, but I kinda panicked when I got put on the spot and blurted Electric.

It's alright though, I like the team I have.

I've always liked the ice type.

The designs of the few ice type Pokémon that exist are all pretty nice.

My answer leaned to Fire first with Water as a close second. Weird since they contradict each other, but I really have a lot of favorite Water-Types. And you all know my favorite Fire type~

Dragon, Poison, Fairy, Ghost, Steel, and Electric. ^^ ; Though in terms of dual typing, I was pretty glad when Delphox was introduced so that Victini/Zen Darminatan were no longer the only Fire/Psychics out there, and I really hope to see a few more + some other uncommon dual-type Pokémon in later games.

But then Ice can beat Dragon if you put it like that. I don't think they sweep. Now to be fair Dragon can beat Dragon, and those do sweeps. Dragons have their own way of dealing with fairies. Now Mega Altaria...I claim it for the Dragons.

I love Poison, Dark, and Grass types, as well as a lot of other types but those 3 mainly. Grass types are very weak competitively because it is a bad offensive and defensive typing. Dark types are really cool, and have a lot of very awesome Pokémon in it, but Poison stands out as my overall favorite. I don't know why, but I really just love it. Purple is one of my favorite colors, and I like almost all of the Poison types that exist. I was happy when they got a buff (Fairies) in X/Y.

Also fun fact: A poison-type Pokémon using Toxic has 100 accuracy, rather than 90 accuracy when used by any other type.

I love Water, Fire, Electric, Ground, Dragon, Psychic and Fighting-types. I simply can't choose between them as they are all really useful in their own ways, but if I had to choose an absolute favourite, it'll have to be the Fire-type. A huge amount of Fire-types are either really beautiful and elegant or powerful and strong in terms of both design and moves.

Usually in games (like RPG) that lets you choose your attribute, I would normally go for poison or spirit (ghost).
But for some reason in Pokémon I favours Dark type. Probably because a lot of my favourite pokemons are Dark types. Like Absol, Zorua, Mightyena, etc. I really like them. (Even though my top favourite is still Vulpix)

A lot of secondary typings really help out with water being the main, minus Fire and Ice (as far as competitive is concerned), which is where I tend to lean towards... save for the adorable pokemons.

I seem to favour steel and dark in recent games. Before gen 5, my typings were very different. Always wanted electric, fire, water and grass. Then my favourite was Earth. I really don't know what happened.

Grass types are my favorite because even though a lot of them are useless in regular battle and they're weak to so many types, a lot of them do well in their respective jobs and are just so goddamn cute. Also, Spore is THE best sleep status move in the game.

Did I mention the fact that my favorite Pokémon, Whimsicott (and my second favorite Pokémon, Breloom) are both Grass types?

Fire obviously. I have this "burning" passion for Fire types. Get it? "burn" "fire"? No? Oke sorry for the terrible joke. Jokes aside, even tho I'd say Fire types might not be the best... it doesn't matter at all for me. There must be atleast ONE fire type in a team otherwise it's not a complete team imo!

My top 4 favorites are: Electric, Fairy, Dragon, and Dark.

Electric: My favorite element is lightning. Plus, I've always been a big fan of watching lightning storms. lol xD
Fairy: When I first noticed what fairy-types are strong against, I always thought of them as creatures of light; also, they have cute Pokémon x3
Dragon: Dragon-type Pokémon look really awesome, my third favorite Pokémon is in that group, [3D='643'] Reshiram.
Dark: Most of the dark-type Pokémon have a mysterious way of showing their back story and how they interact with others. That most of the reasons why I like dark-types especially [3D='359']
