Well, let's be real here. If I'm on the street, it's probably because my wi-fi's out and I'm hungry. SO, I'd do the logical thing and eat the wallet with the money as a topping.

Be pretty relieved. Countries will be much more able to counter the zombie menace after arming themselves for the upcoming war. Very likely they'd gang up against the common enemy, and hopefully after the threat was eliminated the war would be put on hold or dismissed entirely.

Kill myself.

That's pretty easy. I'd probably have the gem appraised and sell it. I'd probably tell that story a bunch of times to different people, too. Not to mention I'd grin and be all like "Only I am this lucky!"
