I'm personally a massive fan of music from the 60s, especially rock, and more poppy sounding tracks also. I really love the overall sound from the decade. It was also the decade that gave us amazing bands and musicians such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane, and many more. I'm also a pretty big fan of 80s music, especially the hard rock and metal from the period. Some of my favourite bands from the 80s being Slayer, Kreator, and Dio.
I'm also starting to find a new appreciation for 70s/80s disco music, especially because of the emergence of the vaporwave genre, which often uses songs from that time era and remixes them.
I was introduced to 60-80's music at a young age. KISS, Beatles, Earth, Wind, and Fire, ect. I like several rock, pop, and country songs from those eras- personal favorites include Strawberry Fields (The Beatles), Bohemian Rhapsody (QUEEN), Remember (Earth, Wind, and Fire), Detroit Rock City (KISS), and Amarillo by Morning (George Strait) off the top of my head. I find the 80's to be a interesting time period, and their music also shows it with their experimental natures and such.
I always find myself listening to a lot of 90's pop punk/punk rock. Thats if I'm not jamming to some kpop.
60-80s for its folk rock artists like bob dylan, john denver, simon and garfunkel, james taylor, cat stevens etc and the alternative/progressive/soft rock of pink floyd, boston, eagles, david bowie etc and a few really really good old pop ones like beach boys and beatles all in all the golden age of music
