When do you consider your game fully completed? I know this can be different per game but for me it means having to at least beat the Elite Four or it's not.

I usually stop playing a game after I beat the elite four. I occasionally will come back, catch a few Pokémon, hatch a couple eggs, and then not play for a period of time after that.

I only consider it complete when I've played through the Elite 4 and any post-game areas that I have the ability to get to.

This is something I've been considering for a while. You see, I vowed to myself that I would complete White before moving onto Black 2. I have found most of the seven sages, caught a vast majority of the legendaries (that I think are actually good) and I have found many, many TMs despite the fact that I could check a box and have them all instantly.

I consider the game finished when I've found most of the items and Pokémon that I like. Since I migrated all the Pokémon from Diamond and Soulsilver, the second part is taken care of. If I can clear out the Abyssal Ruins and find the last two sages, maybe I'll consider myself done for a while so I can make a start on Black 2.

Mine would be completing the Pokédex like the Unova or Sinnoh, beating the E4, beating the champ...a lot of things that I can do after the game credits. Train a team is sometimes showing my game complete, sometimes not.

Eh for me it's just defeating the Elite Four, getting a team of level 100s and getting all my favorite Pokémon. I don't bother with the Pokédex because every time I get close to completing it, the game fries or some form of opposing force of nature kills the data and I have to restart. I'm just not allowed to complete a dex~ <|:^D

Defeating the Elite Four, doing the post-E4 stuff for an hour or two perhaps, depending on how interesting it is. Battle Towers never amuse me too much.

I've never completed a game by my standards.
To me, completing the game is doing all there is to do, all of it.
In Platinum, for example, I got 4 out of 5 trainer card stars, but I was nowhere near complete. I completed the pokédex, I did all there is to do on the underground, beat the elite four both times, but I am still missing: Getting a master ribbon in ALL contests, not just beauty, getting a colored plate on all of the Battle Frontier challenges, and I forget what else... On HG/SS, I'd also have to complete the Pokéathlon (And the Pokédex, since it's not complete in that game), to feel it's complete, together with getting the shiny leaf crown, defeating Red, and the Battle Frontier. I just like the idea of the game taking 500 hours and lots of effort to finally COMPLETE. And even after that, the game is still endless, I could juice some fun out of breeding good Pokémon, EV training them and grinding them.

I consider my game complete when I have beaten the Elite Four and have gotten my Pokémon to level 70. I don't include the post game stuff because I never really get to all of it and will restart the game

This is a tough question. I usually feel I am fished when I have beat the elite 4 and most of the post-game stuff, but in some games, I just don't have the heart to reset all of it.

As long as I beat the Elite 4 I say that the I beat the game. Although for Generation 2 and it's remakes I say beating Blue is what is required to beat the game.

I think it depends on the game. Usually I don't play much after I beat the E4 and usually stop there. But when I played BW2 there was a lot to do post game so I didn't consider it completed yet.

It depends on the game. Normally I "stopped" playing when I beat the champ. Since I'm owning all Pokémon I always trade them to the newest generation of games. So I will trade all Pokémon from my White 2 Version to Pokémon X when I got through.
I also like to breed special Pokémon for myself and train them like my Eevee Team or other useful Pokémon ^^
