When do you usually stop playing a main series Pokémon game? Do you put the game down after beating the main story, or do you complete all side content too? Maybe you put it down after completing the dex? Do you collect everything you possibly can before feeling satisfied?
I usually go through as much of the postgame as I can... but only once. Historically, when I play through the games, I like restarting as soon as I beat the champion. However, I will sometimes do some of the post game if it helps me get some legendary Pokémon.
Usually I'll keep playing until I get tired of breeding competitive Pokémon Currently putting a competitive team together while still playin gthe story mode though, so that makes things more fun to forward to! ^^
It varies and I usually don't really stop playing unless I no longer have the means to do so since I tend to replay my games frequently. I usually take a break from my main games be it because I've bred too much or just gotten tired of the battle facility in x game.
I just keep playing it until the next generation comes out, easy as that. I'll spin my tires in the postgame for however long, but I lose absolute interest very, very slowly. I'll probably keep playing US here until, well, a long time from now. Maybe the day I buy my first Gen 8 game.
After i beat the main story I try to go back and finish as many side quests as i can. But I usually give up long before i can finish all of them
