Do you think any time in the future you will stop playing Pokémon? I'd say when I move out of my house, and I have a job. I'll try to play though.

There's no telling. Could be never, could be the next time I get discouraged and bored with it for whatever reason. I've stopped playing Pokémon before and later came back to it. Maybe some day I won't come back to it. Impossible to pinpoint.

I'm not sure if and when I'll ever officially stop. I'm pretty sure as I get older and start my career, I'll have less time to play and/or play other game series. But that's probably the case with a lot of people- the having less time to play part. There are times that I stop playing but I come back to it. As Doima said, I dunno if I'll one day put it down and then never pick it up again.

Kind of scary to think about but I doubt I will stop playing Pokémon unless I somehow develop something that prevents me from playing it (i.e. bad vision, bad hands, etc) or loss of interest (but it's rare). But I do hope to stay healthy and like others said, careers will get in the way but that won't stop me from playing Pokémon (hence I will balance it).

Like Doima said, I can't pinpoint it, but it probably won't be until I'm kinda up there in years xD

Hard to say. I've fallen out of the fandom before, and there's a chance I could, again. I'll always love Pokémon...but I may not always play it.

I have honestly no clue. There has been times when I've taken long-term brakes from the games, but I've never questioned the fact leaving Pokémon altogether even since i saw my first Pokémon card when I was seven. Like everyone else has said here, I'll most likely play less when I have a job and such, but I won't be surprised if I'm playing Generation XI when I'm 27 or something.

I have no idea either, I've actually never even thought about not playing Pokémon anymore. I've never owned that many games before, and currently I don't either, but Pokémon has always been a part of my life. Maybe one day when I'm older and get an actual job like Ben said.

I don't really know for sure, but I think I might actually quit Pokémon forever one day. Maybe when I get so busy with college/work that I don't have time to play anymore or when I get a job.

I'll probably stop playing Pokémon when I'm older but that doesn't really mean I will stop liking the franchise of games and everything associated with it. Playing and completely disowning the franchise are two different things and I probably won't ever do the latter. All about how you mature and your work life I suppose.

Pokémon will stay with me forever. All my extra left over money I'm spending it on Pokémon.

Stop playing Pokémon? Never! It's my childhood.

The only way I would stop playing is if I don't have the money to buy the games. (so here's hoping the price doesn't increase beyond $40 haha)

I might stop in the future, considering that I lost interest sometime Gen5, and just got back because of Gen6 hype. I'll never lose the love for the series, but maybe playing the game will get harder, as real life starts getting harder, and time is no longer so plentiful. Pokémon is like this old book you'be had since ages ago. You read it, get over it, but when you pick it up again, it's still jus as exciting as the first time. I dunno.

I doubt I ever will stop. Hell, I'll probably be passing down Pokémon to my kids and grandkids (maybe not but I sincerely hope so).

I'm already out of my teens and still love Pokémon as much as I did when I was a little child, I don't see myself stopping any time soon. On top of that, I am an occasional Pokémon item collector and have a small collection of the merchandise I will continue to slowly increment over the years. Just because something was initially made for children, doesn't necessarily imply that it needs to remain within that age group. You'll always feel that sense of love and nostalgia with something that has been with you ever since childhood. Some bonds are stronger that others, and I'm quite certain mine is very much strong.

I will stop playing Pokémon, the moment GameFreak stops making new games. Until then, I'm in!
