Which do you like better, BW or BW2?

Although I've never played them, after seeing some LP's of it I can safely say that i missed out on B2/W2, they were clearly better and larger games than B/W

 

I liked Pokémon Black/White, the original ones, better than the sequels. This is only because of plot purposes, since I quite enjoyed the plot of the first two ones and didn't feel quite comfortable with the continuation of the plot afterwards because it simply had very little mention to the original protagonists, and given my biased opinion over Touya I had a very very hard time accepting that he just vanished off the face of the earth for no apparent reason. I do like the layout and plot of the second games, don't get me wrong, but I have some sort of cling to Black and White, despite not liking how restrictive the Pokémon availability was compared to the sequels.

Plus I feel the end game of the second was more rushed, compared to the nicely paced plot in the original.

 

Yeah I really liked BW2. It was a good game and pretty fun. BW just didnt feel quite right to me though. :|

 

B2W2. I think the plot's just more deeper, though BW was awesome as well.

 

I honestly preferred BW2. I found the plot much better, the characters more interesting, and the overall games to be more fun. Granted, I loved how BW prevented you from finding any old Pokémon in the wild until post-game (or unless you traded for them like I did for my Eeveelution challenge in White) and I loved the change in ending (defeating the Big Bad instead of defeating the Champion). Both were really good, honestly XD

 

I liked BW2 better. The story felt more complete and black and white kyurem was awesome! tarryeyes: too bad you can't bring him to X and Y. :/

 

I liked BW2 better because the plot was a little darker. The characters were also pretty interesting with people like Colress in play. I just like BW2 overall.

I like the plot way better in BW2 but I liked the involvement of the gym leaders in BW. I kinda liked the gym leaders in BW over the BW2 gym leaders other then Cheren being the new gym leader. What I liked about BW2 was the fact that we were able to learn what happened to the rivals in BW2 and I like the features, the memory link for example.

 

I liked BW2 more even though I spent more time on BW. I really liked the feel and the story of BW2.

 

I liked BW2 better since you can catch Pokémon from other regions. Also the music and the plot was so much better than BW.

But the best part is the Pokémon world tournament. That was bombin'.

 

I think BW2 are just the better games. They took all the great things from BW, and added more things to it! They also left out some things that weren't all that great, like the fact you could only catch Gen V Pokémon in BW. I understand the concept of it, but it just isn't fun :/

 

BW2 easily. There is so much more to that game, the storyline lacks a little compared to Black and White but in terms of playability, there is no contest. Having all the old Pokémon back, visiting new locations and more made this so much better than a Gray version could have ever been.

 

B/W2! There is literally zero competition. It's a shame B/W2 hardly had a chance to shine but it really did improve on the plot and your rival was so much more involved in the story. Team Plasma's redesign was also so much better and I preferred the newly-included gym leaders above older ones.

One of these days I'll go back and play through it again.

 

Too easy of a choice in this, it is going to be BW2. It had a way better storyline than the 1st ones, and it had more of the map in it. Only downside is that you can't breed until you beat the game. The add-ons with the Kyurem-B and Kyurem-W were a good addition to the generation. There is way more Pokémon to get other than JUST Kalos Pokémon, like in BW.

 

I like the plot of BW better, but I love BW2 for pretty much everything else. The PokéStar Studios, the sheer amount of wild Pokémon you could find, the PWT- all of those were awesome inclusions. Still, the plot of BW overshadows the story of the sequels, in my opinion.

 

I don't really pay that attention to plot in main series Pokémon games, so I have to go, undoubtedly, 100%, the sequels. In fact, I didn't even enjoy Black/White all that much; I had much more fun with Black2/White2, due to the sheer amount of everything that it added. I loved the newly added cities, the new gym leaders, the redesigns to the old gyms (especially Burgh's), the ability to use more than just fifth gen Pokémon, there was more to do in the after story, hidden grottos were a lot of fun, there's really no contest for me. <3

 

I like BW2 more! It has a lot of incredible places to visit, the PWT, you can get a lot of legendaries around Unova. you can get Pokémon from other regions and that's all.
