Like the title says, which game had the best graphics, do you think?

Cause personally, graphics are pretty essential to the game; because a game with good graphics can really determine whether or not a game is actually playable, besides the controls, of course! For me? Well, personally I looove the grpahics on the Wii U, games like Super Smash bros Wii U has some amazing graphics. <33

Fire Emblem Awakening had some great cutscenes. What really added onto it was the simple fact that it was on a portable game system. I didn't think there were graphics that good for a 3ds!

Either Mario Kart 8, SSB4 U, or the anime-esque cutscenes from Tales of Xillia both steal the prize for me. They are absolutely beautiful, even more so when played on a nice TV!

Well I would have to go with Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, I love them graphics they got even if I play on the PS3 which have the crappiest graphics out of the three machine the game is out for, I generally just like the overall look of the game.

SSB4 Wii U, the graphics in the game are so nice, I sometimes can't stop playing it just for the overall look of it~ :)

If I were to pick.. Final Fantasy XIII. haha
Just because the details in the cutscenes are INSANE. (but also not that accurate because Hope's hair keeps turning light gray when it's platinum in the non-epic cutscenes so yeah. XD)
Oh, and KH3 (from what I can see from the trailer vids. =D)

For non-3D games, probably Odin Sphere. =)

It's a tie between Pokémon Rumble U, SSb4, and Mario Kart 8 to me. Honestly these games are the best looking games I have seen by far. Especially Mario Kart 8's, when your just looking at one of your replays and you look at it in slow motion. It's really beautiful.

Okami, definitely. Its style is reminiscent of a Japanese painting, and even many years after its release, the style still looks fantastic and fresh. I haven't quite seen a style of game like it since, and it holds a special place in my heart.

Definitely SSB4 For WII U. The graphics are purely beautiful, and being able to save replays of you thrashing your friends in 1080p never gets old

I'm not picky about graphics as long as the game plays smoothly, but I like the isometric style of Red Alert 2!

I'd have to say Xenoblade Chronicles

Even though the textures and models are like "early PS2" era, the way that Monolith Soft arranged everything with what they had to work with is simply breathtaking~

Without having to think; God Of War 3. What Santa Monica dev'd was beautiful -- and, per the series' style, gory as hell, too. Then you have the old reliables in the form of Insomniac & Naughty Dog; Sunset Overdrive, and pretty much any Future series Ratchet & Clank game from about Quest For Booty onward is nearly Disney-grade quality in terms of graphics (especially A Crack In Time, so excited to see what they do for the PS4 game!), from the former, and from NG the simply stunning Uncharted 3 & Last Of Us.

I'm hard pressed to think of a multiplatformer that had a style to it that I liked. Possibly the Devil May Cry remake and the Bioshock trilogy?
    But that's about it.

If you've ever played a game called Journey, you'll understand why I couldn't think of anything else that would fit better into this thread. Journey was a game made for the visuals. Honestly, I can't even begin to accurately describe how beautiful it was. You'll have to find a video or something and see it for yourself. It's so good, the desert sands almost look like a shining ocean.

Mario Kart 8 had amazing graphics.. they were a huge contributor to my buying the game and I loved staring at them, even on the GamePad. Just upsetting since I didn't think to get a proper TV first to truly immerse myself in that beauty. It's just amazing. <3 Same goes for Super Mario 3D World - one of the prettiest games I've seen. Usually I tend to prefer brighter, more colorful visuals in games so these two would naturally be at the top of my list, haha.

By far one of the most incredibly gorgeous, and realistic looking game to date would have to be The Order 1886, this game (I don't own a PS4, nor played the Order but still am interested to try it out) Is just artistic and visually appealing to the max. Gameplay wise it falls flat, but hey if you like amazing graphics and visuals, this is the game for you :D

Wind Waker HD and Mario Kart 8 have really amazing graphics. They are probably the best Wii U games that I've played when it comes to graphics, and I recommend any of you guys pick them up. :)

I really like Okami's art style, it looks off- I won't deny that- but... the art direction....
Journey and Flower for the PS3 both look amazing! I seriously recommend checking these two games out if you're into art and stuff.
Of course a good portion of games on the WiiU look great too, Mario Kart 8 looking especially shiny to me.
And one of my favourite games: Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. I have not played the HD remake, but the original is over a decade old and it still holds up.
