The plentitudes of fish Pokémon tend to be easier to forget for me. I remember all the birds but I forget a lot of the fishies past gen 3.

I think a lot of gen 5 filler Pokémon or just single-stage Pokémon, like Basculin, Alomomola, Klink line, Woobat and Swoobat, Furfrou and Galarian Stunfisk. (I completely forgot it existed until I hatched one in PoGo.)
Also for me, I usually forget about a lot of gen 2 Pokémon because I've never played through a Johto game.

Quite a few mons that you only remember when you go back to play the game again later. IE: bidoof rattata pidgey.

Also the fish Pokémon are a high contender because a lot of them don't get talked about unless we mention their evolutions.

Then we have Pokémon that just fell from grace in the competitive scene that are soon forgotten because of that until the right conversation is had.

Other than those I can't think of any mon that would fall off.

Gen 5 had a lot of Pokémon introduced because Black and White had it so you could only encounter Unova mons until post game. So I feel like some Pokémon they introduced were just there to make the Dex seem bigger. That's what I mean by filler

A lot of those mons were forgotten before the end of their gen even so I doubt anyone remembers a lot of them.

Most Unova Mons because most felt like filler Pokémon to me.
