I'll probably have to say Dratini, that thing took forever to find and barely anyone seem to have found it much less caught it.
I dunno about that, while not the rarest Pikachu is considered rare as it only appears in one section of the forum and have a lower encounter rate than the other mons found there.
Yeah is one of the harder ones to find, while not the rarest like I said it is considered rare for its section.
Right now it would be either "Snorlax", "Aerodactyl", or "Chansey". I am sure there are probably a few more to find, as I don't stop by the Creative sections much to speak of, and I don't visit the Pokémon sections at all. Snorlax was one of the last ones people found, though not many have mentioned Aerodactyl. It may be a toss-up between those two. I haven't seen anything "Alolan", though that could just be because of the sections I visit - I've gotten a lot of repeat encounters due to my shallow range.
Dratini is definitely the rarest mon that I've managed to catch by far. I saw a multitude of other uncommon and rare mons while trying to find just one of them.
I found myself a Kangaskhan, I haven't seen a lot of those so I think it's save to say it's my most rare one
Well considering I just found Mewtwo today.... I'm pretty sure that surpasses Dratini in terms of rarity considering it's a legendary
