Nice job! What kind of tournament was this? What set did you use for Pheromosa and why? I agree with you here, I'm surprised Xurkitree hasn't recieved much love in the replies yet!
Xuritree is adorable to me. I've never used it in battle (yet) and I found it much easier to catch than Buzzwole, but I love it nonetheless.
Going by design alone, Guzzlord is my favorite of the bunch. Xurkitree is a runner-up for second, though.
For some reason, I ADORE Xurkitree! I caught a Naughty one in my game with an excellent (maybe perfect) Special Attack just to top it off. Named it Xi like from my fanfiction. Don't hate me. I don't know why I love the thing so much, especially because it can't take Ground-Type moves worth crap, but I really love it's design and overall vibe, being an animated bunch of wires. The one animated-object 'Mon I really, really like. Also, it's so freaking adorable! Is that weird? Never said I was normal... #MissingNo #Xurkitree
I love the whole 'possess and control' aspect of Nilhilego, and especially the part it plays in the absol-utely FREAKING AMAZING storyline of the masterpiece we call Pokémon Sun and Moon. Spoiler alert! Seriously, that Lusamine-Nihilego fusion is a work of art. Freaky and beautiful, just like the Rock-Poison type. The fact that it has a few design aspects similar to Lillie is just the icing on the cake. Kartana looks so innocent-until it Power Whips you with that beastly Attack stat. It's based off a 'shikigami', and if any of you have watched 'Spirited Away' (the anime movie) you'll know why I love this tiny death monster. Yes, I named the four I caught (I'm playing Sun) Haku, Chihiro, No-Face, and Yubaba. Sue me. #MissingNo
Celesteela because of it's awesome design and what the design's based off of. Hhh. Such a great lore for such a small Pokémon storywise (not size wise. Celesteela's HUGE!)
I like Buzzwole. It's big, muscled and it likes to show off like a bodybuilder. Kinda slow, but it can destroy just about anything if it survives. Always wanted to have this "buff" kind of Pokémon
I haven't used UB's much, but when I do I'm rather fond of Celesteela for some reason, not sure why but I usually get a sweep with it.
I'm quite fond of Nihilego. Sun and Moon has a lot of mind control species that I like, and Nihilego's concept is the second most interesting one. Furthermore, it's actually really good in battles for me.
