After defeating the ghost-type leader Morty in Ecruteak, which path did you take to continue your adventure? Did you go west to fight Jasmine and Chuck in Olivine and Cianwood respectively or did you decide to tackle Pryce first by going east to Mahogany as well as the Lake of Rage?

I took on Jasmine and Chuck first, cause they were first in my guidebook. :3

I always went to Olivine to beat Jasmine after Morty.

Doing Pryce first can be the worst mistake of your live xD I realised that after I battled him first.

I actually think I battled Pryce first... I didn't feel like crossing the sea to get to Cianwood City, so I waiting with that as long as I could xD By the way, I love the fact that you could choose where to go next, they should do that in more games!

It was interesting how they seemed to give you a choice on where to go. It was sort of like a hard path vs and easier path. If I wanted more of challenge I would go battle Pryce first, but if I felt like taking the easier route (and getting to the Safari Zone faster), I went to Olivine City first.

I went to Olivine and Cianwood first before going to Mahogany as that's the way I have always done things. I also prefer defeating gyms of lower difficulty first before proceeding to those of higher difficulty. Who wants to go back and defeat easier opponents when you've already conquered harder ones?

I've done both honestly. I have played through the games so many times (HG/SS are pretty much my favorite Pokémon games) so I can't remember which one I did first. I do know that I go through Chuck -> Jasmine first usually, so that's probably what my first was.

I learned that facing Pryce first during a Nuzlocke is a bad idea :(

I don't know what the "correct" way to go is, but after Morty, I always battle Chuck next, once I get to him. Then I take on Jasmine, then head over to Pryce. Maybe that's why Pryce is always so easy for me? :P

I went straight for Pryce at first, mainly because I didn't really know how to get to cianwood at first.

I went straight onto Chuck. I went in order of the gym leaders that were on the trainer card.

I also went by order. After doing some research on the gym leaders, BOY I was glad I dealt with Chuck first. Jasmine's Steelix was a tough one after Chuck. Even though Pryce has lower levelled Pokémon than Jasmine, his Piloswine was quite the powerhouse.
