Is it the hundreds of creatures that keep you in? The characters? The story and concept behind each game? The regions? Why do you like Pokémon- and what's keeping you?

I think I'm still into it for the nostalgia. I've been playing Pokémon for over 10 years and I just really like anticipating the next game and what it has to bring. I like the idea of starting fresh and exploring a totally different area, meeting different Pokémon, stuff like that. What about you?

I'm in it for the designs, the community and also nostalgia.

There's something super comforting about Pokémon.
It has been the biggest consistency of my life, for example I might not know what'll be happening next year but I know Pokémon will be a thing and the community will be cranking out all that fan art and fics!

Plus I'm a sucker for cute creatures.

I came for the cute and cool creatures, and I think I stayed for the lore. The anime, the games, the manga, they all have their own idea of what parts of the lore they should focus on. They're all distinctly different, but feel extremely similar. I love considering how the stories and ideas from these mediums all work together.

And the world of Pokémon is just amazing.
