Hey guys, I got a comment on my first post stating there were some other Megas that should've / could've been on my list. So, I've decided to do a whole 'nother list, with new Megas on the list, this time.

We're going to start things off with Mega Slowbro. I'm going to bring in our Guest Speaker for this one, as he has already posted in the comments section about him. Please welcome, BadPandaPancham!

"This thing is insane. Battle Armor keeps it from getting crit, and crits go though CM boosts. However, with Slowbro's amazing HP and defense stats, you could run bold 252+ def and then CM to raise SpDef and SpAtt. Scald to burn and cut down opponent's attack further and psyshock to hit special walls. Both are also stab coverage and they are great moves. It also gets Slack Off, so it literally is a living tank. Your options are Toxic and that's it, as you can't get lucky with a crit. It does great damage and is an insane set up sweeper or just a tank in general. Knock Off is one of the most common moves this gen, and since it can't knock off an item on Slowbro (mega stone) or get the 1.5x power boost against a base 180 defense Pokémon, it won't do anything. That threatens a lot of mons that rely on Knock Off for coverage. It has high potential for being banned."

Thank you, Mr. BadPandaPancham. This was ripped right from his comment, so full credit goes to him on that one. The next mega on our list is of the name Mega Lopunny. this came to everyone's shock and disbelief in the beginning. In fact, this thing is pretty terrifying. Let's get into it, shall we?

Mega Lopunny has some great Stats. 65/136/94/54/96/135 + Scrappy is not bad at all. Normal + Fighting type, with Hi Jump Kick in play now, Mega Lopunny is going to tear Aegislash a new one. Lopunny will ALWAYS run either Adamant or Jolly, as there is no other REAL way of running it. I believe it will be OU, mostly because of how fast it is. It's technically a physical Mega Manectric. I do understand that it is shut down, however, by Sableye, like Mega Metagross will be. Considering Prankster Will-O-Wisp is still a problem before/if Sableye Mega Evolves. Makes you wonder why I don't do one of these segments on Sableye/Mega Sableye. However, to sum it up , Mega Lopunny will be a great Pokémon. Scrappy + Hi Jump Kick + Return, all the power. I can see this thing holding it's ground in OU. Possibly BL, but I see it being hardcore OU.

Continuing on, we will turn to our final Mega. Mega Beedrill. Oh boy the controversy of this one. "Will it be OU, will it be UU? Will it be BL?" We won't know until it's released. There is a whole Metagame to decide where this Bee with FREAKING DRILLS FOR HANDS holds it's ground in the competitive Metagame. Let's dive right on in.

Where do I even begin? Mega Beedrill is the Rampardos of ORAS. I am one of those people who think he's all hype. Sure, stats that show 65/150/40/15/80/145 are thrilling... right? Well, Mega Beedrill can only be good for one thing, in my honest opinion. He can dish out hits. But can he take one for crap? No. The only thing that sets this guy apart from Mega Rampy over here is that he can not only hit HARDER with Adaptability and boosts from Fell Stinger, but he is an ass-load faster. However, that physical defence above is marked in red for a reason. Base 40 is pitiful. Really, really pitiful. It falls to the Charizard fate, hit it with a rock and it dies. Slap it with a wing, watch it die. This is thing is the glass cannon of glass cannons. Shut down by Skarmory, as well. In all honesty, you can like Mega Beedrill as much as you please. I just personally can't find the space to like it. What happens when you run focus sash? Sturdy? Or use a damn Steel type? It's just not going to work. Sure, you can switch out. But who's going to switch him out once he has a fell-stinger boost. Let's face it, especially smogon players are too greedy with their boosting. Even if steels nearly shut them down (Particularly Skarmory, even after tutor moves), they still keep 'em out, because they don't want to lose them. Mega Beedrill probably won't be a bad Pokémon, far from it. But there are so many things that can shut it down. Like... for example... Sableye, and Talonflame. Seriously, half these megas are shut down by Salbeye, or even Dusclops now that I think about it.

THIS IS MY OPINION, I'M NOT SAYING YOU HAVE TO AGREE WITH ME, AT ALL. Feel free to leave your opinion in the comments below. Thank You.

    Peace from the Psycho Train

I think the only new mega to go to Ubers will be either Mega Salamence or Mega Metagross. People have been speculating, though, that Metagross probably won't because he's still beat common scarfers like heatran, etc, and unless earthquake is being run, gets demolished. However, with Mega Salamence being able to live an Ice Shard from a Life Orbed Mamoswine at full HP, he's definitely going ubers.

@[member="BluuCrayon"] um, Scarf Heatran is a legitimate set, but definitely not common.

"Or use a damn Steel type? It's just not going to work."
Not sure if you are aware of this but, Beedrill gets Drill Run. Hits Steel-types kinda hard with a super-effective move.
Also, Fell Stinger still isn't viable, don't know why you would ever run it. And yes, it's a glass cannon, but how are you supposed to keep track of something with 150 base attack adaptability (the strongest and one of the fastest U-turns in the game) on any poke, even incoming checks/counters. It does astronomically well with hazard support and can U-turn out of situations he isn't pleased with, still dealing a decent amount even on resisted hits.

Also you keep talking about Sableye...barely anyone uses that thing, it's really not as good as people make it out to be. Dusclops also doesn't really counter any of these megas. Knock Off cripples it completely, anything can switch out or any special attackers just kill it.

For Mega Lopunny, I pretty much agree. It has speed, but imo, only sub-par physical attack since it can't wield damage-boosting items like CB or LO. Sure, a STAB HJK will still smack people including ghosts around, but a lot of physical walls have no problem in dealing with it, including Ferrothorn who is even weak to Fighting-type attacks, since Lopunny is hurt, has to worry about Protect, and gets stalled out by (or dies to) Leech Seed/Gyro Ball. Sableye really isn't a counter because if priority WoW is all you keep thinking about when it comes to these megas, you would pretty much be saying almost all physical attackers are countered by it. Switching, subs, etc. are all common and put Sableye in it's place.

One thing to highlight about MBeedrill is before it Mega Evolves, it still has it's low speed, which causes a lot of people to run Protect on it so it can Mega Evolve safely.

I still agree with these, also lol, thanks for including my post and even giving me the credit. I really like these. Good job :]

I feel as though Mega Salamence is definitely getting the boot, and Mega Metagross is suspect worthy. The only reason why I personally think Mega Meta won't get the boot is due to the fact that it suffers from a heavy case 4 move syndrome. Though it is early, and I look forward to how the meta-game will adapt.

RIP Mega-Rayquaza: The first Pokémon to be banned from Ubers.
I mean, they tried with Mega-gar... and failed. But Mega-Ray was just too OP.
    ;-;

I'll miss you... Time to play Anything Goes! >:D
