    ...Because the game has been out for years, is done and no one is really pushing for it to go there? The Sims thrives on the computer, and while it does sell decently on consoles those were never its go to places for cash.

    Plus the control schemes on certain consoles are super bad in some cases.

    (Small little nitpick but part of the reason there isn't as much console appeal. Plus Sims 4 is such a heavily modded game now so there is also that.)
