Will you be able to find the X/Y mega stones in OR/AS?

I think at least a few of them will be. It would be strange to completely separate the X&Y Mega Stones from the OR/AS ones. And besides, I really think that Mega Stones like Manectite, Medichamite, Aggronite, Mawilite and Absolite will be obtainable in Hoenn, as they are all Hoenn Pokémon.

 

I certainly hope so! Considering I don't have two 3DSs, and the Pokebank bars items from being traded over, I hope they can be found in ORAS!

 

I don't think you'll find XY megastones in Hoenn. I feel like putting them in the game would make getting XY megastones in XY completely useless. I would rather them be exclusive to XY.

 

Maybe not? Let's consider that these are Kalos native stones, who is to say they even work in Hoenn? They've mentioned that X/Y won't receive a patch to receive the new megas Primals in those games, so maybe we won't get X/Y megas in Hoenn. Or, maybe it'll be a post game thing. Either way, I'm 100% sure we'll get given a Blazikenite or w/e it's called the same way we would get one for the other two starters.

 

I dont think mega stones are in OR/AS. Well, i'd hope so.
The reason being is that if the mega stones are in xy are in oras
then it is not kalos native stones. Also I want people
to use new stones than old.

 

I feel it would be more of a hazard if they weren't available in ORAS, as appose to if they were. The average person doesn't own two 3DS systems, and pokebank can't transfer items so trading between the two games would be a hassle unless Gamefreak sets up a system to allow item transferring specifically. Ontop of it, it'd hurt people who have OR/AS but not X/Y. So I feel like Gamefreak would be shooting themselves in the foot if they didn't implement at least some way to obtain the old stones in ORAS, considering their aim is that they want ORAS to be the main game of gen 6. (As said in an interview with GameXPlain)
