I wouldn't have started geting into drawing if it wasn't for Pokémon xD It was something I always loved to practice when I was super young. Probably one of the first things I really took time to draw. So without drawing I'd really never be on the computer either. I'd probably be a totally different person :s

My life would be in a wreck if i hadn't been introduced to Pokémon. Pokémon helped me through a lot of hard times in my life. I could have gotten into bad crowds had Pokémon not been there to wake me up on saturday mornings, to keep my day busy, and to even comfort me.

For one all of my friends would be completely different. Also, seeing how Pokémon is the main thing I do in my free time, I have no idea what I would be spending all my time on.

My life would be different but nothing drastic.
As everyone said, I would have different friends because many of my friends like Pokémon. As for art, losing Pokémon would hit me too hard either because I draw original creatures as well, maybe with a lot less inspiration. But if I didn't have Pokémon, I would have never been a spriter and learned about scratching/fusing/recolors (I'm self taught).
I would probably be more into other RPGs like Final Fantasy and Tales over Pokémon.

I would hang out with a completely different circle of friends and would have probably never gotten into youtube or computers in general

I would be an entirely different person. My circle of friends in real life wouldn't change much, but Pokémon has indirectly shaped my life from sixth grade to now with the websites I've managed. I wouldn't have met all the great people I did, and I'd probably be a lot less mature and more sheltered; though, I'd also be more bold and outward with my opinions as well. I really just can't imagine it. I haven't ever stopped to think about that, so this gave me a whole new appreciation for what Pokémon has done for me. It's really weird now that I've considered it.

For me, it's hard to know. My interests fluctuate over time, jumping from one franchise to another. I never fully stop liking something, even if it's not at the forefront of my mind. I don't think my life would've been any different if Pokémon were never in the picture. I would've been influenced by different things.

My first game, one I truly owned, was Pokémon Silver. If Pokémon wasn't in the picture, some other game would've been my first. Pokémon wasn't even my first anime. That belongs to Sailor Moon. My circle of friends probably wouldn't be any different either. Pokémon acted as a gateway to anime in general, even if I didn't know it at the time. Pokémon started it with Inuyasha giving it even more steam.

Oh God, this is a tough question.
I probably would be more productive than I am now, if I didn't have Pokémon.

Pokémon is a huge inspiration/influence for me and got me into drawing. Like the creation of all the Pokémon (including the lame looking ones) are really amazing if you think about it. Like, they came up with this monster and hundreds of other ones. Grant it there's more than likely, more than just one person working on the creation of the monsters but still. It's pretty amazing. I think anyways.

Without it, I probably would be drawing in a completely different style (or not draw at all). Plus I probably wouldn't have much to talk about to others, cuz I'm boring IRL :'C . I probably would be a little more productive. Haha. I'm sure I could think about other things to say but at the moment I'm derping out. :) But yeah!

Hmm...without Pokémon...I wouldn't have been introduced to other video games and I would be a very different person since video games are my clutch, along with drawing. I would still draw, been drawing since I could hold a pencil, but it would lean more to humans (like it did before I got obsessed with mons). My circle of friends wouldn't change, though, since I'm the only avid Pokémon fan there. Hmm...I guess I never stopped liking Pokémon, even after gen4 when I got into a slump.

I would never have been introduced to anime!! Nevermind what I said about friends! Anime started it all! Pokémon anime! Gosh...without that...I'd be a complete bookworm. Not that that's a really bad thing but...no more Japanese culture obsession (I'm taking courses in Japanese culture and languages in between my majors)...no more Emerald. Oh gosh, existential crisis! *faints*

    Life would be really different...

    • Be absolutely bored to hell
    • Not know what to do on this site
    • Not be able to relate to so many other Pokémon fans
    • Not have characters like Tetris and Dementia (I love em to death; they prolly would be different species or just all half-wolves)

Well, seeing how I mostly draw Pokémon-related stuff, I probably wouldn't have started drawing. I can't imagine my life without being able to visually express what I love. I also would probably end up a bully with a lot of anger issues, because being the way I am shows me that everyone is different, and you can't judge people for it. I never would have learned that if I didn't get into Pokémon, because that's what got me to where I am today. Being the impratical, vocal person I am, I would undoubtedly have affected someone's life negatively.

my life would definitely be different if I was never introdced to Pokémon in general as Pokémon forums really has to deal with who I am now, and a difference in friends (likely have less friends).

For the games in general? That's a bit hard to answer. I mean I love video games so I wouldn't see why not as to playing it, I also got into Pokémon because of the anime. I'd probably be bored mostly without the games, positive side is that I'm not taking hours to play a game because I have to level up constantly. :P That saves me from the occasional headaches and falling asleep while playing it.

I don't really know. I wouldn't have talked about Pokémon to some people... And that's about it I guess? There's some people the only thing I have in common with is that we like Pokémon, and that's the only reason I ever talked to them. But I usually don't like them that much, since, you know, the only thing we have in common is Pokémon...
But it does make already good relationship better, so that's something.

But I don't think there'd been a great change, no.

Without Pokémon I would not live anymore.
    Seriously.
My Highschool Time was awful. My Pokémon were my only friends.

I don't think my life would have changed as much as it would for other people. If there weren't Pokémon, there'd be something else, and I'd just be involved in a different video game.

My life wouldn't change drastically but I would have to find something else to do in my spare time. Since only a couple of my friends are into Pokémon, my circle of friends wouldn't change but my interests would differ. I would probably become a bigger fan of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise and join other forums and websites that interest me. I've only started getting into forums and discussions earlier this year but they have truly changed me. I wouldn't have started spriting or creating GFXs. I also wouldn't have met awesome people like yourselves. So basically, without Pokémon, my at-home life would be pretty different but I would probably be more productive.
