Have you ever saw something that was totally new, interesting and awesome? Totally different experience which nature showed you but it was something seemed like supernatural? Like super moon or red tides? Like witnessed earthquake or saw a sinkhole or a tornado passing by? XD
Where I love tornadoes are pretty common. But hey, it's good you never saw one! Tornadoes are pretty loud.
I saw a double rainbow from my window a week or two ago, after a bad storm came through. (I did get a picture, luckily)
I've seen nothing like a tornado or anything, but I'm always enamored by the late night thunderstorms that roll around in the spring and summer. Seeing the lightning is just amazing. I also like the cloud formations before or after a storm. I love to take pictures of clouds I find interesting (pretty much a third of my photos app is filled with clouds).
We get earthquakes here and there to sit through but mainly our wonders of nature are moons, we get pretty clear skies in my small town.
The biggest natural disasters we tend to get here are storms and cyclones. While cyclones do affect the weather where I am, I'm not close enough to have ever been in any danger.
I grew up in NC and had a load of hurricanes whenever hurricane season was up. My experience being in one was not too bad, except there were two occasions my family had to stay in a hotel to keep safe when it got bad, or staying in my grandfathers garage. I can remember a tree crashing into the roof of his garage and my older sister screamed bloody murder.
