Do any of you work out? Like go to the gym, exercise regularly, etc... I don't do any work outs at all. My mom has been encouraging me to do so but I never really have any interest in it. The only form of exercise I do is walking - and that is from and to school (which is quite a lot, I tell you! okay maybe not really...).
I don't typically work out, but I do like to go out for strolls outside every once in a while if that counts.
i've been starting to. I've had a gym membership and weightwatchers membership for the longest time now and I haven't done anything with it. I was just thinking about this too.
I don't, though the main issue with that is that I don't really have access to any gym or workout equipment at all. I used to, back when I was still in school, though my classes ate up so much of my time that using the fitness centre was basically impossible. Now that I have more time on my hands I should exercise more, though on the other hand, taking care of LV feels a lot like a part-time job due to how much time it takes out. In reality, the bottom line is that I'm lazy and forget things that aren't busy-work.
I play video games, that's excercising your fingers, does that count? Other than that I don't work out
I am trying to work out more now that I have access to a gym, trying to avoid the freshman 15. All I can hope is I can keep going, gone for 2 weeks, only about 15 or so more.
I used to work out and I really need to start up again, but is just so hard to get my butt in gear lol. I do have some equipment myself since I don't wanna go to a gym.
I'm that one person everyone hated in gym class lol. I loooooove to run! The longer the BETTER. I get anxious and irritable if I can't run when I planned one in advance... the day just feels incomplete if I don't get a run in, unless it is dedicated to recovery or healing an injury. Oddly enough though, I don't really compete in that many races. I just like to train and see my progress go up and my times go down.
Other than going for walks and runs occasionally, I don't exercise much. I'm trying to force myself to get outside and do something more often because I know it's good for me, and I feel more energized after.
I like working out, but I usually can't be bothered to do it. I used to swim in a squad twice a week, but then last year, I started to get these weird reactions the next day, so I stopped. I want to get back into it sometime though, maybe next year when I won't be so busy.
No, but I'm going to start, now that I'm back at college. Of course, it'll be far easier with someone to work out with...
I used to do quite a lot of exercise when I was living in the city centre but moving back out to my home village has left me stranded again. I was fencing for a few months and thoroughly enjoyed it but the classes are too far out now, alas... Maybe it's for the best though, it sure takes a toll on your knees. There used to be a jujutsu club in my area that I attended when I was younger but I can't find it now, they must've closed down... I guess I'll stick to lounging about all day huhu~
I used to own a gym membership, however financial constraints later meant I had to cancel the subscription. Now I will usually go for a morning jog around the blocks of my neighborhood and on Monday and Wednesday mornings, I'll go to a community pool to swim for an hour. Usually I'll go somewhere between 800-1200 yards in that timeframe.
I do 25-30 push ups, around 30-45 sit ups and a wide variety of stretches right before I take a shower and go to bed. I don't do it every day just when I feel like it. I used to be able to hit 30 push ups and 98 sit ups. when I was younger but I've sorta of lost my strength. I don't like gyms. I just prefer to do these tasks instead. As for cardio, I don't walk often but when I do, I go mountain walking. There's a reason that the trail near my house is nicknamed suicide trail.
haha what's working out. my campus is on a mountain so i have to run up and down stairs all day so that's my work out
I have karate, and I'll do core exercises for a few minutes every day, but I refuse to leave my comfortable bed otherwise. I could try to, but in the words of a master... Do or do not. There is no try. Which I take to mean: Gira, do exercise or don't. You know you won't hold onto a resolution for a gym membership. Now go back to your computer. Works for me! #MissingNo
