worst death scene in a tv series

    Okay, so this title is pretty self explanatory. In your opinion, what is the worst death scene that you've seen in a tv series and why. It could be a death that is confusing or a death that seemed like it really didn't suit the character.

    Elizabeth "Lizard" in Once Upon a Time in Wonderland

    I really don't like this one because it just doesn't make sense. Her third wish was a complete accident and I really don't understand how it killed her. She said I wish you would feel something for me, but I don't see how that would kill off one of the coolest characters in that show. The afterwards the Red Queen says that the former owner of the lamp was dead when she found it, no mention of it being Lizard. It really just doesn't make sense.

    This is gonna be a whole discussion in spoilers lol

    Going Merry's death was well handled. Ace's death was like wtf? All these ppl are here to save you and you still have to die?

    And of course I need to mention Mami from Madoka Magica. I swear I sat there for like 5 min stunned silent and then going wait. WHAAAT?? IT'S ONLY THE THIRD EPISODE

    I didn't have a problem with their deaths. They were excellently written just super sad.

    I liked how aces death was handled yeah. Just being one who was following it week for week I felt kinda cheated that he ended up dying in the end tho.

    And in a sense Mami's death really gave Madoka and us viewers a huge wake up call that set the tone for the rest of the anime. After the initial shock wore out lol

    Hmm. Can't really think of any more "bad" deaths atm. Most are just sad and/or shocking

    I think Mami's death actually makes a fair amount of sense, even if it was quite a shock. She kind of lets her guard down while she is fighting everyone's favourite witch because of her joy.
    The Meduka meguca series sort of describes it well. Episode 3 14:20 to 15:14.

    It is definitely a good way to show that the show isn't lighthearted as it seems.
