Worst Pokemon Game

I'd agree with Pinball, it just seemed like another way to make cash. I would also say Box R/S. It's literally just a storage system, as far as I'm aware. You could get a shiny Zigzagoon out of it, but that's really it.

 

Haven't played much spinoff games (mostly Mystery Dungeon) but I found Pokémon Rumble to be a snorefest. It's repetitive (rehashed levels for each area but with stronger Pokémon), easy, and only with Gen 1 and 4 Pokémon (so not much variety from what I've played).

 

I was very disappointed in the Pokémon Rumble game. For some reason, it just wasn't fun for me. I played it for a couple of hours and just took it off my wii. Thank goodness it was only a demo so I didn't lose money over it but still. I think it's got to be my least favorite game they've put out for Pokémon.

I never played Rumble or Pinball, because they didn't interest me. I did play Trozei and that's probably the worst I've played. As for the main series games, my least favorite was probably Black/White. There was so little to do and I could only find Gen 5 Pokémon before the Pokémon League ;o; I LOVED Black 2/White 2 though. But now playing through Black or White again is just soooo boring and frustrating because I know there won't be much to do.

 

I'm going with Pinball. It's just like any other Pinball game, but with Pokémon. I like Pinball, so the game was entertaining, but it was unimpressive. It was just Pinball. Nothing creative.

 

I haven't played many spinoffs but Trozei is my least liked. (And Snap and Puzzle League are definitely my favorites, I love playing them more than the main games haha)

 

I think the worst game is Pokémon:typing adventure.But maybe thats because it is aimed at very young players.

 

I haven't played any spin-off games, so I'll cast my vote for Diamond. Don't get me wrong, it's a great game, but I was playing Soulsilver before it and compared to Soulsilver, Diamond was just so damn slow! There's an awkward pause every time you make an attack while you wait for the health bar to drop, the Pokémon sprite animations were often too long and that broke the flow as well, and you couldn't ride your bike through the gates so you had to get off and walk.

After going back to Soulsilver after a full playthrough of Diamond, the game seemed to fast and exhilarating I got a small high. So Diamond ranks as the worst game for me. A version of Diamond with the speed of a 5th gen game would be fantastic.

 

I'm surprised Hey you, Pikachu! hasn't been said yet. The game is just very bad, and the AI on Pikachu is damn crappy. Plus, the so-called "minigames" that you have to do, are bad too.

But this is only my opinion.

 

I haven't played all of the Pokémon games, but the worst one I played was PMD Red Rescue Team. I just found it stupid and boring and it kind of turned me off of bothering with the other PMD games. People seem to like them though so hopefully they improved a lot since those first ones.

 

Screw Hey, you! Pikachu! Pokémon Channel is the worst. Hell, I wonder if that even counts as a game.

 

Come to think of it, if I had to choose one from the main series, I would have to go with Pearl/Diamond. It was a bit slow, not very memorable to me. The villains, for some reason I keep forgetting what they wanted to do or what their purpose was. Hell, sometimes I forget who the villains are xD I believe that both games, I have the least amount of playtime in it. I think the most I have was 90 hours of play on Pearl. And not even 20 on Diamond.

 

I really didnt like Pokémon Battle Revolution because you just were able to battle and there was no story like in Pokémon Colosseum /XD .__.
I hope they will make a new game like this ones.

If I were to say a main series game, I'd say Black and White. I love the story, but, there's literally nothing else drawing me to it. I don't like the Pokémon or the gameplay.

 

Trozei had to be the worst. I was stupid to buy it. But from the main series...DP is really slow. I made a replay for a Nuzlocke and it was highly annoying. But I like Sinnoh, so it's not so bad.

 

I'd have to say... Pokémon Dash. I got bored after playing it for like an hour. I didn't like Rumble Blast either. It may seem fun at first but it got repetitive and boring fast.

 

I remember getting Hey You Pikachu from Toys R Us, excited about the idea of talking directly to a Pokémon, and then I play the game, and it barely understood anything I effing said. Then again, voice recognition was so primitive back in 1998 (I wonder why it took 2 years to localize the game in English?!), but I'm sure it would be possible to do a remake of the game if Pokémon Amie isn't enough. XP

I wanna see if I can play it via emulation eventually though, now that I'm getting a headset. : I
