Id lose the ability to taste sweet. Itd suck but I love my cheeses and soy sauce. Plus sweets make my throat all achey. Similarly, would you rather lose your ability to taste sourness or bitterness?

I’d rather never smell anything. Sure, it’d ruin my sense of taste, but it also means I never have to smell city smells again. Would you rather beat a Pokémon game with a Magikarp or a Sunkern?

Money. It adds to your agency whereas most relationships restrict it. Would you rather like to live a short, successful (in any regard) life or would you prefer a long, but "mediocre" life?
