Simple as it gets, what's your top speed for typing? I remember mine was about 60-70 wpm depending on how tired I am LOL. Typing race anyone?

Mine is about 80, maybe 90 words per minute. I used to type a hell of a lot faster when I was in senior high, cause I was in a typing class during my sophomore(?) year & I think I was in the 95 - 110 range then. But I won't back down from a challenge~

I know I can hit 160 letters per minute at my top speed (it's been a while since I last tested that, so that might have changed), so I guess that would be around 60-70 words, which isn't bad in my opinion :)

My range is usually from 90-110 when I hard. With that said, I just tested myself again and got to 112 WPM:

The last time I tested myself, which was a few years ago, I sat at a comfortable 99 words per minute. Now let's try the link Sanctuary gave and see where I lie now...

It measured me at 107 words per minute, but since those words didn't seem to have any real context or connection to each other, I'm not sure how accurate that metric is. I assume it wouldn't be too far accurate from the truth, at least.

95 WPM according to the site Sanc linked. I think that's pretty good. I used to have a horrendous typing speed back in high school until I took a typing class. That finally got me away from finger-pecking the keys and broke my bad habit of having to constantly look at the keyboard. I'd probably be even faster if I didn't make so many mistakes as I type. If I slow down I make very few, but when I'm trying to type quickly I butcher a ton of words.

I only use like 4 fingers to type, so it isn't a surprise I got around 63 WPM.
