What are your strengths when writing? What genre do you do best at when writing? Do you feel like you're particularly good at one certain style than another? Do feel like you're good at writing a plot or maybe a character's development? What are your strengths?

I'm pretty good at making my stories comedic (comedy that is actually well-written, I'd hope) at certain points! That ties into how well I write character interactions in a lot of scenarios, too; sometimes they blend together so well that I can't help but constantly re-read heh. First person is also my favorite to write and is most definitely my strong point when it comes to fanfiction. :']

I usually try to write adventure, angst, hurt/comfort and heart-warming stories. So far I have only had one successful attempt at comedy which is in script format about a man named Jocelyn Mael Petit and his super spy bodyguard Imani Afolayan which was super fun to write and plan! However it ended in tragedy since I couldn't get a page extension for the work :(

Third POV is the way for me even though I do see the appeal in the first POV.

I'm probably best at writing satire and "slice of life" type pieces. As a person, I'm rather critical and sarcastic despite being compassionate, so satire comes naturally for me. I find it easy to point out weakness or flaw in something, and make fun of it through metaphorical scenerios. On the other hand, writing "slice of life" is rather nice as well. I did not like it at first, yet it grew on me. The narrative elements common in this genre adhere closely to how I write, and I found that easy to get accustomed to, though what took getting used to was content. I don't find blowing up small dramatic instances to be my thing, so I had to find some ways around it. They are fun to write for me, now.
