I know I am still new to the meta of x and y since I took a large break, but I thought it would be nice to share it and get some feedback on it! I will be going over each set as well so you can understand how the team works in my eyes.

'murica (Staraptor) (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Reckless
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Double-Edge
    - Brave Bird
    - U-turn
    - Close Combat
I decided to use choice scarf staraptor as a kind of late game sweeper; however, the team has to be severely weakened. I use Double-Edge and Brave Bird because of Reckless ability making recoil moves stronger. U-turn is good so I can deal damage and switch to an appropriate counter to whatever Pokémon is out. Close combat is self explanatory. It is just a strong fighting-type move that wrecks teams when severely weakened.

GoAway!!! (Heatran) (M) @ Air Balloon
    Ability: Flash Fire
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 12 HP / 252 SpA / 244 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Stealth Rock
    - Fire Blast
    - Flash Cannon
    - Taunt
Personally, I am not a big fan of Heatran. I have found that it is usually countered by lots of rotom-w, landorus, excadrill, etc. I do like that he provides Stealth Rocks, but it is a pain to set a turn up for them when you scare a Pokémon out and you will not be dealing damage. Fire blast and Flash Cannon are STAB moves so it is nice to have those. Taunt is used to kind of make chansey or hazzard setters use attacking moves. I am unsure about this Pokémon at the moment. I'd like to switch him out for something else.

    Purge (Latios) @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Levitate
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Psyshock
    - Draco Meteor
    - Surf
    - Hidden Power [Fighting]
I prefer the specs latios over life orb or leftovers because I want to hit hard, but I have to be worried about pursuit trappers too. Psyshock and Draco Meteor are excellent STAB moves. Surf is generally used to counter heatran or switches that would resist my STAB moves. HP Fighting is used to counter Tyranitar, a common pursuit trapper I run into. It is also good on heatran, but surf is usually a better option. Im still unsure if I want to keep him.

    Monty (Excadrill) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Iron Head
Excadrill is mainly my rapid spinner/fairy counter (excluding azumarill). Rapid spin gets rid of hazzards. Earthquake is a general STAB move used with Mold Breaker (Rotom-w/levitate users hate this ability). I have OHKO rotom-w with this set before and it is hilarious. Rock Slide is used to just hit fire and flying types for super effective damage. Iron head is my other STAB move that destroys Sylveon and other fairy types (if used correctly and damage has been dealt before). I would sure love to keep Excadrill, but sometimes I think his true potential isnt met in this team.

    NewEspeon (Sylveon) (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate
    EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpD
    Bold Nature
    - Hyper Voice
    - Heal Bell
    - Protect
    - Wish
I love Sylveon. This is my counter to the fighting and dragon types my team sometimes loathes. Hyper Voice is my main STAB move I use (thanks to pixilate). Heal Bel and Wish serve to heal my team from injuries. Protect is used to scout or get wish up. Sylveon is an interesting Pokémon, but I am sure you guys can give me better suggestions.
    Blastoise (M) @ Blastoisinite
    Ability: Rain Dish
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 236 HP / 252 SpA / 20 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Hydro Pump
    - Dark Pulse
    - Aura Sphere
Blastoise is the team's mega. He is basically my special tank and is usually healed by sylveon. Rapid spin is to get rid of hazzards, but Im not sure what to do with him. Hydro Pump is a strong STAB move. Dark Pulse and Aura Sphere capitalize on Blastoise-mega's ability. I want to switch him out, but I always want to keep him in.

Any suggestions or comments? Any changes I need? And yes I realize the team has two rapid spinners, but I would like to make changes to the team; so, suggestions are welcome!

Any particular reason for two Rapid Spinners on the team? It's not even /that/ weak to stealth rocks, really; only Staraptor is weak to it, though there's no resistances either, but you don't really need two...

When I made this team, I did not realize I had two rapid spinners. Looks like I actually have two xD. There is not any reason I kind of want to just change it up though. I am not too sure on what mega Pokémon to use.

Putting ice beam on blastoise instead of rapid spin is nice.

Well there's a big lack of teambuilding effort in here.
You see, you want to sweep with Choice Scarf Staraptor, who is a really powerful mon, not a lot of things can resist Normal Flying and Fighting STAB(Note: If you're playing in LV OU Aegislash is around).
Now what do you need in order to sweep?
    -Prior Damage
The best way to rack up damage against your opponents entire team is by using Entry Hazards, which you have Stealth Rocks so you can check that out of the box and by using VolTurns which you kind of lack since you only have it on staraptor which takes a bunch of damage from Stealth Rocks. The best Volturn core out there right now is Mega Manectric + Landorus-Therian Scarf(which also solves your Aegislash issue since you can hit it with special attacks[specially Overheat] and Earthquake).
The spin/Defog support is really nice with Volturn and Staraptor.
Then you can either start putting walls or add a wallbreaker/something that just hits really hard like Life Orb Gengar or in your case Specs Latios(Or Talonflame, which makes your team Brave Bird Spam[Talonflame + Staraptor] or just Bird Spam which is still really strong, slap a Choice Band on that Talonflame and wreck).

    So maybe try the following:
    -Staraptor
    -Volturner
    -Volturner
    -Spin/Defog/Healing Wish(Latias?)
    -Wallbreaker/Wall
    -Wall

It looks pretty balanced, if you want to go more offensively just stick another Volturner somewhere and just spam U Turn and Volt Switch. Don't forget to use Stealth Rocks!

That's just my take on it though ^^.
    -Cheers!

Thanks for the help :D. I appreciate the fact you're giving some good advice. I've just been messing around with the team lately lol. I dont use this team much, but I would like to try using mega-manectric over blastoise and use latias over staraptor.

Well I have to just add that while excadrill is an amazing Pokémon with great speed, he doesn't have fantastic speed. So if you are running mold breaker on him, I would run choice scarf instead. But if it was a sand rush excadrill, well that's a whole 'nother story and life orb would work wonders with him then. An alternative to heatran could be ferrothorn, since you don't have a defensive wall on your team, plus he can also set up rocks. Sylveon is much better used as a sp. def wall than a physical, especialy now with the appearance of M-Metagross (I know this was for X and Y, but if you are still using it now bear with me). Other than that though, I think the team is solid....besides staraptor's nickname. The only Murica Pokémon can be braviary B)
