X and Y Spoiler Thread

Because not everybody may have made it this far, I'll go ahead and use spoiler tags.

But oh my god I loved that when you battle Mewtwo, it's the original Red/Blue wild Pokémon battle music. Just whoah. So much nostalgia! I've been wanting to spazz about that but didn't wanna spoil it for anybody. XD

 

Not to argue, but I don't think they can be spoilers now? I understand some people play faster than others (me), but the games are out now, and it would be kind of hard to avoid spoilers at this point... Also, when would this stuff not be considered spoilers? I would hate to be stuck unable to complain about my roaming legend problems for a month or so.

Ah well.

On topic, I would really like to see a shiny Zygarde. Oooh man, if he got an aqua/black scheme, I'd be in snake monster heaven. Also, I can't seem to find the rival post game. I want my Mega Ring upgrade so I can get my Megastones

 

The game's been out for less than a week, not everyone likes to rush through. Spoiler containment is reasonable for now. In a few weeks or a month or so, sure, it won't reasonably be spoilers then.

 

Well, heres one of my favorite things about the game.

Depending on what starter you picked at the end of the game you will either get: Chespin, Fennekin, or Froakie.

I'm training a Scizor as I learned he has a Mega Evolution. I'm going to go get the Mega Stone for him tonight.

There's no need to use spoiler tags in this thread guys. We're only limiting spoilers from places like the shoutbox where people can't choose not to see it. Talk freely here, and once the game has been out for a while this thread will probably be closed and misc X and Y chat can be done in the X and Y discussion thread.

 

The only reason I used a spoiler tag, was because I was mentioning something postgame, not mechanic-wise. Even people who post story spoilers in here, might not have actually finished the game. Speaking of, holy shit that ending. I think that was arguably the most touching ending to a Pokémon game.

Also, I'm not asking for friend-swaps, but if you guys don't have many friend codes, now would be a great time to start adding people! The Friend Safari sounds like it's really cool, although I don't really have many friends so I couldn't really say. XD But I hear you can even find various starters, with their hidden abilities!

 

Okay, I have something to say:

Pokémon X&Y have definately the best and most emotional storylines ever...

The part where you've beaten the Elite 4, and you come in contact with AZ... Amazing, beautiful, awesome.
And I've just finished the post-game line with Looker and Emma (for anyone who is already that far) : Amazing, beautiful and awesome.

The combination of the storyline, and the music... I almost cried a little bit...
And I love it! Seriously, I hope they will make more of this...

I have to say Inkays evolution is wild,from what I understand to evolve it you have to turn your 3DS upside down at the certain evolution lvl or when its about to lvl up......0_0 inverted controls would drive me nuts although it is very creative and ingenious .

 

Hey, here are some spoilers I just saw:

Three legendary Pokémon: Diancie, Volcarion and Hoopa
And the Mega evolutions of Latios and Latias!

Tell me what you think of them!

 

I'm still slightly suspicious of them. If they are real, though, cool! Hoopa's a little doofy, but the other two look pretty sweet.

 

I'm pretty sure they are real. Just to warn you guys, if you put any discussion about them in Arrowchat or the shoutbox there will be consequences. They are pretty much huge spoilers and shouldn't even have been revealed yet so.

The new megas look the worst, imo. I like the Vivillon pattern!
