I'd say last year (2017) was pretty great. It was my final year of high school so school was relatively easier. I made some great friends towards the end of the year. I started adminning this place. All in all, a pretty great year!
I strive to enjoy each year, no matter what happens; with that in mind this year has been my happiest so far.
2018's been good to me so far. Although early 2017 is when I started a 'real' job which should be a huge accomplishment, my anxiety was tough to handle and I was still struggling to get through each day. Now I'm medicated, in a healthy relationship, am in a stable financial situation, have two great pets....things are going well. I can only hope it'll continue at this pace. =)
My last year of primary school was great, so that would have been 2010-ish. One of the last years where my anxiety wasn't too bad, I had a lot of friends (that all went to different schools and I haven't seen since) and I still had confidence in my creative skills -drawing, writing, etc-. Then High School came... High School ruined me...
my first two years of college were probably my happiest years. now i'm just stressed as hell bc i graduate this year and its a hot mess
1999. I turned 10 that year - which felt HUGE at the time; double digits! - Pokémon was THE thing and it was so much fun, Primary School was actually fun and I had friends, and even though I was a few years into the health problems that have plagued me for almost my entire life, they didn't seem particularly serious back then, and I was happy for the most part. Looking through the year with rose-tinted spectacles no doubt, because happiness is such a rare thing for me these days, but even so. I miss the days when my only problem was making sure I didn't wear odd socks.
