Your most expensive purchase?

It's gonna be my study abroad trip, which is about $6000 counting cost; air fare; and extra cash for transportation, food, souvenirs, etc. Prior to that, I think the most I spent was $150 or w/e on my 3DS.

 

My Mac. Cost me about 1,100. I've never bought anything so expensive. Jeeze.

 

Hmm. Never really thought about it. I guess my $2500 mattress? It's really comfy.Worth it.

 

Honestly, I never have that much money on hand... The most I've every had on me at one time was about $150, which I bought a Kirito cosplay + Elucidator with...

 

for me it was my macbook Air, I had to pay around 1,050 for it.

 

Wow, $2.5k? That's intense. And I thought my laptop was grossly expensive!

Yeah, my laptop would also have to be my most expensive purchase. It was just around $1k. I've never bought anything else more expensive than that. (No, I haven't been able to buy a car yet *sad face*)

 

Now that I think about it, it's a tie. The most expensive things I've personally bought were this laptop (€700 at the time) and my first PS3 (also €700, at launch, '06). The latter purchase is a bit of a sickener for me, because nowadays its only purpose is to be a big, bulky paperweight since it YLOD'd roughly too years ago. I shudder to recollect that blunder once I realise that buying my second ps3 only set me back €300...

 

Probably my laptop, which was around €750 I think... *looks at laptop* "You may be old and forgotten now, but you were definitely worth the money!"

 

'My' laptop cost me €600, but I got most of that back, so now my most expensive purchase is my Iphone 5 that I bought from my uncle for €250 this week.

 

My Macbook Pro was about $2,600, but my mother paid for it. ^-^

 

I don't know if i've ever spent over $1000 on something myself. So probably a game system, either that or my iPad that I got three years ago and haven't touched in a while.

 

My most expensive purchase was a way overpriced Tamagotchi for $98.

And I received a different one from what I ordered. :|

 

I'm going to consider my apartment, the rent, electricity, and water and such runs too much for me. It makes me extremely sad. But if its a utility, then my surface tablet, I try to find great deals and this was a good deal that I got for $300

 

Technically I haven't bought things myself with my own money sooo not sure if this counts but

I believe a dress for my 8th grade dance that was like idk $80.00?

 

I spent about $50 on a special Gunpla model. High Grade 1/144 Scale Gundam Astray Gold Frame. And that was the white and gold Gundam Astray Gold Frame, not it's stronger and more powerful second stage variant Amatsu Mina. The shipping was crazy. About $10 plus the model itself was $40.50.

 

My most recent expensive purchase was my iphone 6.

 

I think all of the gift cards I bought were expensive. Just trying to go to the different stores to find them was bad enough. Total wise, it was expensive especially for me to try and follow a set budget. I finally understand how hard it is for my parents to follow a budget during Christmas time.

 

My most expensive purchase was was my Pikachu 3ds XL. I don't buy a lot of things, but I think $200+ is pretty expensive.

 

Wait a minute.... Gold Frame wasn't my most expensive purchase. It was a used DS Lite that I bought along with Pokémon Diamond. Paid about 140 for both of them.
