Your WPM

i typed 32 WPS lol dont know how good is this actually :/

 

The last time I took this test, I got in the high 70s, I think? Edit: No wait I think that's wrong. Oh well, the past is the past haha.

I took it again, and got 83. Not bad if I do say so myself! (Sheep, how do you type so fast with only two fingers?! )

I type with all my fingers, probably not in the perfect positions though haha.

 

I got 46 WPM, which I think is good considering I type while looking at the keys and I'm dyslexic+dysgraphic. I'm proud of that. And dang Sheep you must have two fingers made of lightning!

 

I type around 120. My life is just one big keyboard.

 

I type around 50 WPM. I usually text though XD

 

I got about 69. I made some incredibly bad typos, but hey - it's hard typing stuff at such a fast pace, haha. Either way I did it without looking at the keyboard once, so I'm decently impressed.

 

I got 54. Seems pretty good considering I only use four of my fingers to type.

 

I got 42 WPM. Which is pretty much my average WPM.

 

I just got a WPM of 58, which is decent I guess. I can type pretty fast, but I usually take way to long to think about what I'm actually going to write xD

 

When I took a typing class in high school I ended up having the fastest WPM (I think it was 86?); granted, I didn't use the "recommended" format (thumbs on the spacebar, other fingers on the asdf and jkl; keys, that sort of thing).

Anyway, got 100 WPM, though to be fair, it's easy for me to get a high WPM if I see what I'm supposed to type. When I post a regular message, I sometimes have to pause to figure out what I want to say, so my WPM would be much lower if I put that into account, haha.

Last time I took it, I got 100 flat. I'm a decent touch-typer; I use all my fingers without having to look at the keyboard. Although, my typing speed can differ a bit depending on what kind of keyboard I'm using. I prefer tactile keyboards, because the more "traditional" ones are a bit harder to use for me.

Not only that, but my mood can affect my typing too. Casually, I usually can only go at about 85 words per minute. On the other hand, when I'm angry, my speed can skyrocket.

But anyway, this site isn't all that perfect. It doesn't account for errors and mis-strokes as well as others, but it's good enough for the typing test every now and then. Plus, you can kind of prepare for the words coming at you, which makes it a bit easier, in my opinion.

Edit: Just took it again and got 115

 

I think I did really well on this. 89 WPM and only one mistake. Apparently, that's better than 95% of the people that took this test. Not bad, not bad at all.

On average, I get anywhere between 50-80 WPM. The actual rate fluctuates, depending on what it is I'm typing. I could go a bit faster, but not without all kinds of errors that I have to backtrack and correct.

 

I got 63, which is a remarkable increase for me because the last time I took these kinda tests I ranged in the 40ies.
