About 50 years after the events of Zoids: Chaotic Century, the Guardian Force has been keeping the peace between the Empire and the Republic but with a new commander from the Empire taking command came new changes on how Guardian Force was being run. The commander changed what type of people (Mostly from the Empire) and what they chose to get involved in. But that wasn't the only thing that changed: the current Emporer of the Empire is putting more funds into the military and started to more closely support the Guardian Force. The Republic starts building up its military in response and even goes to recruit mercenaries to build up their defense. War appears to be coming once again.

Background Info: Scarlet came from a family that was split apart and had it hard since the last resurrection of the Death Saurer. She was hoping that her joining the Republican army, that something would start turning right for her family with the extra income coming in.
