Get Mew's Exclusive Mewnium Z gift!

I am excited for the move, I saw the animation on youtube, it is really pretty. I think it gives mew a little bit of a tougher move which is great.

 

I can't do Pokebank. -_-

 

My question is when will we get the last 2 Z crystals for Marshadow and Ash Pikachu. I do still like how you get the Mew Z Crystal though.

 

What Z-Move does it give to Mew, though? I got it the z gift but I'm too lazy to put it on my mew and test it out.

 

Genesis Supernova - A Psychic Special Attacking move with 185 Base power that activates Psychic Terrain (temporarily boosts psychic moves by 1.5x and disables priority moves).

I love the animation for this attack, unfortunately I don't have a mew so I wont be using it anytime soon.

 

I have gotten mine, I can't wait to test it out

You need Psychic in order to use Genesis Supernova. So on a Nasty Plot Mew, this attack would be amazing to have,

 

I find it odd they didn't give out mew with Pokebank since most people don't just have my lying around to make use of the Z-Crystal.

Well most people got Mew from last year's Mew event in January.

 

I read that everyone was quite upset that the transfer doesn't allow mews from red/blue/yellow and that therefore a lot of people don't have a mew to use it with, yet it appears I was able to transfer an event mew from my x/y collection over (of course, I haven't tried it yet, I've yet to use any z moves since I don't battle competitively). Suppose there will be an event mew specific to sun and moon then?

As far as the move itself goes, I actually rather like it, it's really a great tribute to the fact that it's meant to be a very powerful and ancient and special Pokémon and I loathe the idea of so many other legends being introduced taking away from it's original specialness

 

I've heard there's a way to transfer Mew into Sun/Moon by a glitch but it's not easy

 

I think the mew I have is from the monthly legend events from last year, via a physical scratch off code card from a games store. I honestly didn't even think about restrictions at the time I transferred it, I just selected my entire events collection box to bring over so I could start to combine it with the newer events. It seems to me that nothing in the whole box was blocked, and some of those were not events I had redeemed either so.

 

A lot of people also missed that event since it was the first one though.

 

I love it and I REALLY hope this means that they will be distributing a mew soon!

 

I hope they finally give a shiny mew, we see so few shiny legends, this one would be neat.

 

Here's to Shiny Mew event! I think it's pretty cool hoe Genesis Supernova puts Psychic Terrain on the field if it hits, like the psychic energy is just overflowing and powers up everything! It's been pretty good.
