If a poll does not show up please message me cause I intend for this to be a poll but otherwise Just say your favorite Island
I think Akala Island was my favorite out of all of them. It just had the best variety of stuff out of all of them. The trials were varied and nice, the locations were interesting to visit, and the Battle Royals stadium is located there, which is one of the coolest concepts for a Pokémon battle since Double Battles!
i really liked poni island. it was a bit small compared to the other ones i think, but thats what i liked. it wasnt overwhelming with a lot to explore. plus it has good music.
Akala. It was beautiful and fun to explore, plus, it had that AMAZING Battle Royal scene! And a certain motel... #MissingNo
Akala Island is where I spend most of my time in the game and to me it's the island that has the most going for it. It's got the Battle Royal Dome, the Name Rater, Paniola Ranch, Hano Beach (pyukumuku chucking!) not to mention some awesome trials. Plus it has an easy to pronounce name! I still get a bit tongue-tied trying to say Melemele and Ula'ula
I don't disagree with the hard to pronounce U'la U'la Island. I finally got it down to just saying hula twice without the H
U'la U'la island is the island I seem to spend the most time at, it has my favorite music in the game, it has my favorite memories stored there, and it seems as if my favorite Pokémon mainly show up on this island.
I spend way too much time on Akala Island breeding. I only see the fourth island when I train, and the other Islands aren't interesting to me.
Honestly, I enjoy Melemele island the most, because I really seem to like the view from there. I'm a big person on visuals, and I just like the vibe I get from Melemele.
I like Melemele the most because it has a lot of bonus areas to explore. I'm huge on exploration in games, and I appreciate the fact that the game doesn't guide you everywhere on Melemele and leaves you some freedom. I also like Hau'oli City a lot. It's my favorite city in all of Alola.
Maui is my favorite island in Hawaii. I love all the others, but the Valley Isle seems to be special to me. Akala is my choice
I have to give it to Ula Ula, I spent a lot of time in the thrift mega mart and enjoying tapu village, I took it slow so after that trial and ran rampant in there
Design wise I really like the Aether Foumdation. However, I think I enjoy most of my time on Akala Island. It has the nickname rater, the daycare, a salon and apparel shop for customization changes, a restaurant for heart scale farming, lots of shops (one that gives discounts too), the battle royale area also has useful items like the ability capsule and rare candies, and Hano Beach where you can get 20k pokedollars a day by tossing Pyukumukus back to sea.
Akala is filled with such diversity (a lake, volcano, and forest), but Poni stuck out to me as being a bit different than the locations I'd expect in Pokémon. I loved those canyons. I'm also a huge fan of Melemele since I adore Ilima and that'd be my preferred location to settle down in if I lived in the games heh. Really, I adore them all in the end. SuMo locations weren't your typical cities/towns/routes and introduced very diverse environments and living situations. Playing through and experiencing them all was very immersive and I really, truly want to replay now. aaa
Akala island, I really like Lush Jungle and Wela Volcano Park and that the island generally have such a diverse environment on a single island.
Gotta go with Poni Island on this, I'm a huge fan of Seafolk Village and I just really like the overall feel and environments of the rest of the Island. I've also spend a lot of time there to train my Pokémon and challenging the battle tree.
