Spoiler Super Bowl I was played between the NFL Champion Green Bay Packers and my AFL Champion Kansas City Chiefs. The Packers would win 35-10. It was the first championship game of the AFL-NFL merger and was called such. Now for the first title game that was officially dubbed as the Super Bowl; that was Super Bowl III played between the Baltimore Colts and New York Jets. The Jets won 16-7. The Jets, New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the only three teams to have won in their lone Super Bowl appearance.
