Sirfetch’d to make its own comeback as in Gen X mainline video games?

    Since its debut, I knew that Sirfetch'd had made his playable appearance as in Pokémon Masters EX, as well as his NPC appearance as in Detective Pikachu Returns. However, unfortunately, he has not made his comeback as in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, including as of Teal Mask/Indigo Disk updates. I wonder why?
