Oh yeah, I've done it alot, especially relatively early on in the game. I specifically remember hunting the ones on that patch of grass in Castelia Sewers for a little while before I went after Burgh.

I know they give a lot of exp but I never really hunted them in the game. xD Is it only good to do it at a certain lvl?

I found that the level of Audino can be below the level of the Pokémon you are gaining experience for by a bit and still yield slightly more than a Pokémon of the same level. For example a level 15 Audino will give exp. to a level 20 Pokémon that is just as much or slightly more than what a lot of other level 20 Pokémon would give it. As far as I know they have a chance to appear in any rustling grass all through the game so they can be useful to farm the majority of the time you play.

I don't mind going after Audinos. I've done it a few times for the same reason my sister does. Leveling a Pokémon just to evolve it. >.> Although she's more frequent at it than me. I just beat up trainers in the stadiums lol.

i'm going through and training my second team in w2 (a normal type team, for the medal :P) anyway its been extremely useful to audino grind since i've already taken out all the trainers and gym leaders.

They're good to train on if you're looking for some quick EXP, so that's what I'm doing right now as I train my White 2 team for the Elite 4. When I make my actual team, though, I'll probably end up only using Audinos to train after I've fully EV-trained them.

Audino give a lot of EXP, but they pack HP EVs, so I usually EV train first before using them... But, I think it's good enough to train on Audino... You never know if your next Audino is shiny... I personally haven't gotten a shiny one yet, so I'll continue training on Audino.

They really give a generous amount of EXP, plus, they only take 2-3 hits. If you want easy EXP, then hunt these guys down. But here's the down side, they're not common.

Sometimes they can be annoying as hell to kill though, if they heal up.

Yes i definitely did this! I spent all day grinding my Pokémon against audinos to prepare for harder gyms. It definitely helped alot.

Yeah I went for it... The Audino weren't all that great in battle, but they gave out massive experience points which made finding them and battling them worth it.

I'm all for it. I remember training against them for Roxie, as I was doing a Riolu/Lucario solo run. Not a very good Pokémon against Poison types.

Not to mention, no one replaces Chansey.

    No one. *laughs evilly*

I've never really thought they were worth it. Sure, the exp yield was fairly high but nothing out of the ordinary because almost all of my Pokémon are traded or migrated, so they get massive amounts of exp anyway. It just never seemed special.
