    Hmm Gif to Banner/Avi is an editing type where I can either create a gif from a video (or modify a pre-existing gif) and then adjust it so it fits as either a banner or avatar.

    For example... I could find a video of Sylveon doing something similar to that and then create that into a gif. Then I could modify it into a banner if that makes sense. It's just that with this method I can't guarantee the colors and effects because those would have to be edited frame by frame and that isn't what this order type entails (I don't think I'm skilled enough to do that yet).

    If you are alright with me trying your request with this method, I can still take it on.
