1. Ghosts. Skeletons are just a bunch of bones. Ghosts are the idea that there exists an afterlife and a special way that you are projected into it. 2. Not really, because (at least for me) Halloween = sitting around in your room while at least a hundred kids run around the entire building with their parents. Even if I went, I don't really like candy anyway.
It depends on which Ash we're talking about, what he's doing, and who his companions are. Ash, overall, is a neat concept, but when overused quickly become boring and repetitive.
