Hello and welcome to LV's second challenge! This time, it will be book-related, but you don't have to be a writer to participate, so I'm sure this challenge is for you too! Your objective this week is simple: pick a scene from one of your favourite books, one you have a very clear image of in your head. Next, try to imagine you're directing a movie based on that book. Describe how you would film the various events happening in your scene of choice: How long would each separate movie shot last, and what events would you depict in each of them? How would you position the camera in every shot? If the participating characters have lines, when and how would they say them? What kind of lighting would you use? What kind of background music or sound effects would you use? (no need to actually input links here, just describe the music that would fit) To complete this challenge, the objectives in bold have to be included as a minimum. Feel free to use the others on the list as well to give us a more complete image of your scene, as well as make it more fun for yourself! In case you're not sure how to get started, why not try using this little table I set up? It might help you get a better view of what to do. Good luck to everyone!
