Issue: I have two ModCPs on the top bar. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, but it's still there. http://i.imgur.com/Sz1xyHo.png

Issue: When I click a spoiler tag that I post, it doesn't open.

Never mind, it's working now. But it wasn't when I posted this.

Right when you make a post that has a spoiler in it, it wont open up when you click it. Refreshing the page should let you be able to open it. I'm glad you were able to notice that!

Issue: On the Chameleos theme, both the sidebar and alternative bar are opened at the same time, and neither of the toggle will close one or the other. http://prntscr.com/7cossr I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, but the issue still exists.

Issue: Not sure if this is supposed to happen, but it's certainly not something that's preferred and should be edited anyway I think. The 'fixed sidebar' button in the side menu, when off like I usually have it, today messed up the whole screen for me and made it overlap with the topic area. It fixes itself if the button is set back on though.

Not sure what happened, but it should be fixed now. :) Let me know if the problem still persists.

I can't seem to reproduce your problem on Chrome or Firefox, but it might've been due to the bug LostSpirit posted. Clear your cache/cookies and let me know if it's still happening for you.

Both still appear at the same time.

Try clearing your cookies again as you might still have the old cookies it used (I added different ones).
Or try just clicking on toggle button again and see if it fixes it

I've tried both, yet the problem still persists.

EDIT: @[member="Sanctuary"] Looks like it's fixed, thank you!

Issue: I am buying 3 lottery tickets but it says that I reached the limit, which is 3. But I bought 3.

Could you possibly screenshot the exact message it is giving you? Did you already purchase lottery tickets earlier in the day? You can only have three maximum lottery tickets at one time, regardless of whether you bought all three at once, or individually.

I bought three lottery tickets myself and didn't have any issues, so if I could see exactly what message you have it could make it easier for your problem to be solved.

Issue: On the User CP "My notifications" tab, at the very bottom, it shows this:

    Other Notifications

Notify me when my topics are moved
Notify me when my topics are closed
Notify me when my topics are opened
Notify me when my topics are deleted
Notify me when my topics are approved
Notify me when my posts are deleted
Notify me when my posts are approved

"Deleted" and "approved" are on there twice. I assume that's an oversight, but perhaps it actually refers to something else?

    They're for 2 different functions, it's intentional.

Issue: I don't know whether this is just a problem on my end or not, but my "Profile Views" on my profile page has been stuck at 456 for some time now (at least a few weeks, I want to say). I'm aware it doesn't count my own, but I know that I occasionally get other visitors, yet the number doesn't go up at all.

Perhaps I need to toggle a switch somewhere?

It is indeed broken, and I'm not exactly sure why nor do I currently know how to fix it, but I'll be looking more into it later tonight when I have the time.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Issue: The Search bar only allows for searches on the whole site instead of searching for keywords in one particular topic. And no additional options seem available. I remember a "This Forum" side thing being there before.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but there doesn't seem to be anything about it in the updates/changes log so I'm putting it here. Sorry if it turns out to be nothing at all!

It's not a bug, this was intentionally done. Although, it is available on all other themes (aside from regular Lake Valor's and Chameleos alternate view).
But I do agree that it is a useful feature, so I'll work on adding that back right now. :)
Also, the profile views have miraculously fixed themselves it seems.
