    Also. At what time in which timezone will the event end? Will the berries stay a bit on the profiles but not be available to catch for them to be counted? Or will they just diseappear?

    When the event ends, they will disappear from the encounter tables, but they'll remain on profiles so that they can be counted for scorekeeping. After the scorekeeping is done, then they'll disappear.
