    When evolving eevee, is there any way to influence what it evolves into, or is it just random?

    How is it possible to get a decimal point of PP?

    1) Depending on the Eevee you catch, it can evolve into eeveelutions of different regions! So if you see an Eevee (K) that means Kanto region eeveelution and Eevee (J) means Johto region eeveelution and so on!
