Normal: (I'm not even going to look at the half-normal, haha) Lopunny
Fire: Blaziken or Ninetails
Water: Wartortle or Vaporeon
Grass: Serperior or Bayleef
Electric: I've never been a huge fan of Electric types, but I'm gonna go with Emolga or Pachirisu
Ice: Glaceon or Frosslass
Psychic: Meowstic or Gallade (though I must say, I love the legendaries)
Dragon: Goodra. Love Dragonair's design as well.
Dark: Umbreon or Sneazle
Fairy: Mawile or Klefki (big fan of Ralts' evolution line as well, but Gallade was mentioned up there so they get a parentheses spot)
Fighting: Riolu's evolution line and Breloom (ever since I read Pedestal the fanfiction)
Ground: Camerupt (again, Pedestal) and Marshtomp
Rock: Carbink or Kabutops
Bug: The Scyther evolution line
Ghost: Sableye or Gourgeist
Poison: Roselia or the Stunky evolution line
Flying: Shaymin or Noctowl
Steel: Empoleon or Dialga
