Friend Safaris Returning.

    With the recent announcement and release date of Generation 3 remakes, it got the fans thinking; what will be returning. And the only thing I care about returning from X/Y are Friend Safaris. I am going to be honest, they are way better than the original Safari zones. They were great for capturing Pokémon with hidden ablities for breeding and for shiny hunting. I also enjoy the Friend Safari due to the fact that Pokémon cannot run away and you can use your own pokeballs. I remember in LG in the Safari Zone, I encountered a Shiny Pidgey. This was 3 days after I was told about what these things were. It ran away because of the Safari Zone Mechanic. I really hope that they will return in the new Remakes. What do you guys think? Personally I spent all postgame in here

    I think they should incorporate both Safari Zones. I think if they have the Safari Zone that you still have to pay for (minus the step count like in HG/SS), and the friend safari, then they could have a wide variety of Pokémon if you don't have friends and much more specific, stronger, and rarer Pokémon with the friend safari. Also, I actually missed the old ones.

    In B/W, B2/W2, and X/Y we didn't have a Safari Zone like past games had. I feel like Game Freak might replace the Safari Zone in Hoenn with the Friend Safari. But who knows, maybe Game Freak will want to have just a Safari Zone or maybe both.

    I don't think they'll have the same Safari Zone mechanic in the remakes. Maybe they'll go back to the old Safari Zone, maybe they won't put a Safari Zone in at all, and maybe they'll do something entirely new. I'm not sure yet.
