How often do you color something in only using grayscale? Have you even tried it? What was the result? I never use grayscale. I love colors too much to even try.
I have done one singular grayscale digital pic. Spoiler I keep intending to more but I always end going with colours.

I don't really go into the mindset of making something grey scale. Usually if I experiment with colors and feel like something would look nice without color I'll add a grey scale filter.
I occasionally start some of my artworks in greyscale but I end up adding colours to them later on. Very rarely do I leave them without colour.
I dod a bit of grayscale fpr Inktober, but I definitely prefer sticking to color X3 It was a fun learning experience though!
