So I really want to do some scenes for Pokémon but I am absolutely hopeless at imaging Pokémon in different positions and stances and stuff. Have you guys got any tios or anything?

Try and find some references from the internet of the position you want. You can try tracing the image(s) first until you are familiar with the Pokémon's anatomy, then you can get better at drawing it at different positions.
