    Legendary Egg Festival!
    For Friend Week (our previous event) you were tasked with donating a certain amount of PokéPoints total to your fellow users, and together we smashed the goal. Due to your generosity, we promised an egg hatching event... well, we've got a little more than that.

    Legendary Egg Update!

    Starting from today onwards, all legendary eggs will have their own unique design (designed by @AeroHail) which clearly indicates what's inside. You might have noticed we tested this out recently with Mew and the Bird Trio, but now it has been extended to every legendary Pokémon on LV (not including those that swarm or aren't in eggs).

    This update is permanent and will also reflect future legendary eggs too!

    What is the Legendary Egg Festival?

    Until July 9th (yes, we extended the event to 2 weeks!) you will be able to utilise the following event bonuses:
    • All Legendary Eggs hatch in half the time. Originally, they would hatch at level 40. For the event, they hatch at level 20.
    • Legendary Eggs take 5 posts per level, and Mythical Eggs (ones for Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys) take 4. This is not a new change, but we hope this information will be useful.
    • Legendary Eggs of Kanto and Johto legendaries now appear more frequently. Before, their encounter rate was 1%. It is currently around 40.
    • Regular PokéBalls are half price.
    We hope you will enjoy these bonuses and especially as we head into our annual Summer Scramble event starting July 1st. Who knows, maybe you'll even find a shiny egg!

    Still not sure what my Odd Egg is supposed to be though, does that one hatch as fast as the Legendary eggs?

    Looking forward to finally hatching my first egg, maybe... if I post enough.
