Love: The sound of pencils on paper is pleasing to me.

Love: Very tall necks, makes it easy to reach things.
Hate: They usually don't work very well as steeds.

Love: Has the potential to do a large amount of good, depending on the people in power.
Hate: But also has the potential for great evil, for much the same reason.

Seriously though, don't bring up politics. It's still a sensitive topic for many people, and can result in hurt feelings, something I'd like to avoid.

Now then...
Wireless mice. (You know, for computers.)

 

Convenient for casual use.

But, they typically need a dongle, which can be lost and be made useless.
